Shipping:

Where and how do you ship your orders?

We ship to all areas within South Africa where courier services are available. Should you wish to order from us and you require shipping outside of South Africa, kindly email us at help@mybeautyroks.co.za and we will send you a quote for shipping.

 

We endeavour to prepare all our orders within 48 hours of receipt of payments for collection by the courier. All courier orders are dispatched via courier service Monday to Friday during business hours only (08:30-17:00) excluding public holidays and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following week.  Please provide us with your daytime address and ensure that someone will be available to collect your package.

 

Once the orders have been dispatched you will receive an email/WhatsApp message with your courier tracking number. Shipping usually takes 2 – 3 business days for main centres, and 3 – 5 business days for outlying areas.

 

What is your shipping costs?

  • Local courier cost for within Cape Town is R80.
  • National Courier costs to all other regions outside of Cape Town is R100

The courier costs shown above is for courier in main centres in the main regions. An additional fee is charged on all outlying areas and you will be notified accordingly.

Collection is also available from Cravenby, Cape Town to ROKstars who are in the Region and wish to avoid the additional shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY:

COVID-19 UPDATE:

In light with government regulations and the current COVID-19 Pandemic, we are currently not accepting any returns due to the risk of products becoming contaminated. We thank you for your understanding during these trying times,  it is truly appreciated. All sales are final and cannot be returned.

 

 

Can I return a product I have purchased and will I be refunded?

We do not offer returns in general for hygienic purposes as beauty products are personal in nature. We will however accept returns on items if the following conditions are met:

  • The products must be in their original packaging, still sealed and unused.
  • Items which are not in its original condition, is damaged or missing product for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
  • All exchanges and returns must be completed within 7 days from date of receipt of your order, whereafter no returns will be accepted.
  • You will be liable for the costs of shipping to return the product to our offices. In addition you will be liable for the initial shipping costs together with a handling fee of approximately 15% to compensate for packaging costs as well as transaction fees.
  • It is important for you to review your cart prior to finalising your purchases in order to avoid unnecessary costs or a situation whereby you are unable to obtain a refund. 
  • Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify as to the status of the reurn ie. Approved or Rejected.
  • If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account as it may take some time before your refund reflects. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@mybeautyroks.co.za

What do I do if I received a damaged product?

Whilst we take care to ensure the products are sent with care, accidents do happen. If the item arrives at your door broken or damaged, kindly inform us immediately by sending an email to help@mybeuatyroks.co.za we will respond timeously with the further process to be followed.

Can I exchange a product for a different product?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your products purchased for a different item, the return conditions will apply.

 

What is the address for returns or exchanges?

To return your product we will send you an email with the address once confirmed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

PAYMENT

Payment may be made for goods via :

  • Instant EFT via Payfast
  • Direct bank deposit electronic funds transfer (EFT)
  • Credit card. Where payment is made via credit card we may require additional information in order to verify the validity of the payment and reserve the right to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorization is obtained for amounts paid. Should we not receive the authorisation your order for the goods will be automatically cancelled.
